GENDER HEALTH CENTER
Overview
The Gender Health Center (GHC) is the first all ages clinic specialized in caring for transgender, gender-non-binary and gender expansive people in the South Bay. We offer medical care, mental/emotional health care, social work support for practical needs, and opportunities for community connection. We are a close knit team and work closely together to support your health and wellness.
If you are experiencing homelessness or live in or will soon live in what’s called Santa Clara County’s “permanent supportive housing,” then in addition to the Gender Health Center, please also check out Santa Clara Valley Healthcare’s Gender Clinic at the Valley Homeless Healthcare Program. This clinic is another option for people who are currently experiencing homelessness. The clinic is open Mondays 8:30am-12pm and walk-in only (no appointments). People can see a primary care doctor, get mental health support, and get housing assessments and resources all at once.
