You can check on your refill order by using the following steps.
1. Dial the 24 hour Refill Reorder telephone line
2. Press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, 3 for Vietnamese
3. Press 2 to check on your refill request
4. Enter your 8 digit Medical Record Number and press #
5. Enter your Prescription Number without the letter, and then press #
You will receive an automated phone call when your refill is ready for pick up. You have seven (7) days to pick up your medicine before it is return to stock.

When you call the refill reorder line, after selecting your language you can choose other options:
