Burn Center at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center were named as 2011 Professional Research Consultants (PRC) 5-Star Award winners for excellent patient perception.
PRC is a nationally-known health care marketing research company that is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. PRC conducts confidential research to obtain the opinions of patients and assess perceptions of the care they received.
