The Trauma Center also offers a Speaker's Bureau for other medical facilities. Trauma physicians and nurse educators address trauma care and services, including information about the initial evaluation of trauma patients, how to care for a trauma patient prior to transfer (including the transfer of burn patients and those with head and/or spinal cord injuries), and how to contact the Trauma Center to transfer a patient.
