OTOLARYNGOLOGY-HEAD AND NECK SURGERY (ENT)

OUR SERVICES

Ear, Nose and Throat physicians, also known as Otolaryngologists, provide medical and surgical treatment for disorders of the ears, nose, throat, head and neck in both children and adults. Diseases of these areas can affect the sense of smell and taste, the ability to speak and swallow, and the ability to hear and breathe. When any of these functions are impaired, it can have a huge impact on quality of life and health. The Division of ENT at VMC treats a wide range of disorders, from simple to severe. Medical treatment may be offered, without surgery, and is often successful. When needed, SCVMC’s ENT specialists can provide advanced and delicate surgical procedures to restore or preserve function, for both benign and cancerous conditions.
