Santa Clara Valley Medical Center welcomes referrals for a wide-range of services. 

SCVMC has the resources to provide patients with exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic​ care, and accepts Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and Healthy Kids health plans, as well as most major health insurance plans. 

Our medical staff understands the importance of open communication throughout the referral period. We strongly support existing patient-physician relationships and will keep the referring physician informed.
